Tensions between the Archon Aphrodite of Albion and King James of the Northern Kingdom (The Edgelands) over the governmentship of the Northern Lands also known as the Northern Wastes came to a head in 2321BME when the Army of the North invaded the Northern Lands. The Archon of the Old Kingdom, Aphrodite sent the Archon's Guard to take the Island back and ordered anybody who stands against them to be killed reguardless of age or gender.
