History[]

Founded in 1886, The Board of Trade is the governing body of trade between the countries of the Imperial Albion Empire. It sets the taxes in each port, town, and city it serves. Its roots lay in the Albion Trading Company, founded by the Hero of Bowerstone in 1827, a year before he became King. That company closed down in 1859. Its headquarters is situated in Bowerstone Castle and it has warehouses in Bowerstone, Southcliff and the City of Aurora. Reaver set up Reaver's Trading in 1888, as a rival to The Board of Trade, establishing its main port in Bloodstone. The leaders of each country meet once a month in Bowerstone Castle. Queen Mary is now in control, since her father, King Henry, died.
